Chef Professor Jack A. Batten plans
your special occasion menu based on your preferences. In preparation
for the event, Chef Batten shops for the freshest products to
prepare your menus and then cooks the menu items for your dinner
party in your home. Private dinner parties service may be done
as buffet, stand-up reception or plated dinner styles. Chef Batten
uses your personal china and glasses for service. At the end of
the party, Chef Batten leaves the kitchen clean.
You can relax and spend time with your guests, and if you want,
you can kibitz with the chef while he prepares the food for your
event. Sometimes the client or members of the client's family
even want to help and Chef Batten is very good at finding tasks
appropriate to the occasion. For one occasion, the client's daughter
helped cut pastry dough into valentines under Chef Batten's supervision.
