• Unless you want to, you won't need to rent glasses and china.
• You and your guests can watch the food being prepared.

What Chef Professor Does For Your Personal Event

Chef Professor Jack A. Batten plans your special occasion menu based on your preferences. In preparation for the event Chef Batten shops for the freshest products to prepare your menus and then cooks the menu items for your event in your home. Chef Batten serves the entree based on the type of event -- some events are done buffet style and others are reception style while some have been sit down service. If needed, Chef Batten will arrange for additional help to provide service. If you want, Chef Batten can use your personal china and glasses for service. For larger personal events, some clients arranged to rent china and glasses. At the end of the party, Chef Batten leaves the kitchen clean and takes the trash away.
